At Apricot Kids, we do not offer returnsโonly exchanges are allowed. Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. After this period, no exchange requests will be entertained. Please ensure that your reason for exchange falls within this list, as Apricot Kids reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet these criteria or is found to be invalid. We always ensure that the highest quality standards are met for all our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange by writing to us at sales@apricotkids.in with your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. You can request an exchange for a different size or color, or in case of a defective or incorrect itemโall at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
Please note that we don't offer returns, only exchanges are accepted. Also, as of now, we do not have a reverse pick-up facility, so you will need to ship the product back to us. Once we receive the item, our team will assist you with the next steps and ensure a smooth exchange process.
